Benjamin Aguilera, shareholder and transactional attorney at Greenberg Traurig, has been a member of the Arizona-Mexico Commission since 1994.
He says that the Arizona-Mexico relationship is stronger than ever despite recent ups and downs, and that progress is largely thanks to the work of Gov. Doug Ducey.
According to Aguilera, the cross-border collaboration has benefits that go beyond just business and politics — the Arizona-Mexico Commission also helps enhance safety, tourism, real estate and more between Arizona and the Mexican state of Sonora.
