Graham BoschLocally-owned Press Coffee opened its new flagship location, The Roastery, located at 32nd Street and Shea Boulevard in Phoenix. The Roastery is the company’s new retail and coffee-roasting hub, offering plenty of space for patrons to eat, drink, shop and learn about coffee. Aside from the enormous roasters in the back and an upstairs mezzanine for Coffee 101 classes, the shop also offers an array of locally-sourced beer, wine, cocktails and snacks.
