The Office of John McCain released the details of memorial events that will be taking place to honor and celebrate the life of Senator John McCain.
For those who wish to honor the life of Senator John McCain, here are the details:
Wednesday, August 29th
Senator McCain will lie in state at the Arizona State Capitol, where the public is invited to pay respects and honor the senator’s life and service.
At 10:00am, a private, formal ceremony inside the Rotunda of the Arizona State Capitol will take place to honor Senator McCain’s life and service to the State of Arizona and the nation.
After the ceremony, the public is welcome to pay their respects to Senator McCain in the Arizona State Capitol Rotunda beginning at 2:00 p.m.
A live stream of the Arizona State Capitol viewing will be available at www.johnmccain.com.
Thursday, August 30th
A memorial service will be held at North Phoenix Baptist Church at 10:00 a.m. Doors will open at 8:00 am, all guests must be in their seats by 9:30 am.

Friday, August 31st
Senator McCain will lie in state at the United States Capitol. A private service will take place at 11:00 am ET.
The public will be invited to pay their respects at the conclusion of the ceremony from 2 pm ET to 8 pm ET.
Saturday, September 1st
A national memorial service will take place at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. where friends, family, congressional colleagues and staff, as well as U.S. and international leaders have been invited to participate.
This will be a private event, but a live stream will be available.
